Hockey Skating Lessons
Hockey coaches spend a lot of time on stick handling, conditioning, and game strategies, but the finer points of power skating and edge control, along with other skating techniques are typically left to the player to figure out. Alison Slack has extensive experience teaching the youngest of players in small classes, as well as running full-ice skills sessions for hockey teams and organizations at any level. She will come to hockey team practice sessions and provide technique development, instruction and drills.
Alison demonstrates, watches, and advises in a private hockey skating lesson.
Classes available:
- Beginning private or semi-private lessons at area rinks.
- Advanced private or semi-private lessons at area rinks.
- Team Power Skating Skills classes: Advanced skating techniques are developed with demonstrations, drills and instruction. These sessions are not a vacation - team players will learn to skate harder and better.
